Kids Yoga

Freeze dance

Start some music and play of game of freeze dance or check out the video below by Jack Hartmann.

Move Like an Animal

Get the kids moving like animals and have them guess what the other person is. Use the list of animal ideas provided on the Fatherly.com site or make up your own, write them out on paper, and have the kids take turns drawing them from a bucket or bowl.

Fit-Tac-Toe

Make your own fitness activity game board by putting 1 exercise per square (exmples: jumping jacks, sit-ups, burpees, etc.), then have her kids play to see who can get three in a row.
